Instructor workspace
Instructor access is not enabled
Your account can still join a class and complete assignments in the trainer. If you teach or coordinate a radiation therapy program, request instructor access below. How access works
Checking request status…
Instructor access request
Applications are reviewed manually. Check this page for the decision; approval emails may be delayed or unavailable. While a request is pending, this page checks periodically when visible, or you can use Check status.

Across sections
Private reporting across your active sections.
Students needing attention
Follow up across your active sections, starting with past-due work and exhausted attempts. Counts are module steps per enrollment; signals can overlap.
Uses complete attempt history for published modules. Targeted remediation is excluded; review it in Sections → Results. Section activity also uses full history, including former students; this queue covers active enrollments only. Independent practice is excluded.
Student progress loads when you open Overview.
Review your assigned sections
Your teaching-team role gives access to these sections. Open a section to review its progress and results. The cross-section student follow-up list is available only to instructors for sections they own.
Institution
Your school’s shared identity and resources. Classroom access still requires section ownership or a teaching-team role; no classroom records are shared automatically.
Site administration
How this worksVerified account emails and application details are visible only here. Approving grants server-side instructor access and records the instructor’s school, which labels their sections and grants nothing else. Revoking immediately archives the educator’s owned sections, ends active attempts and live labs there, and removes owner access while retaining recorded results.
School profiles and email domains
Teaching preferences
Save a starting point for new work. Templates and existing assignments keep their own settings.
Teaching library
Reusable templates for future teaching. Editing a template does not change assigned work.
Lab sequences
Create or restore an active section first
Section modules and course schedules need an active section so student access and results stay attached to the correct course record. You can still build reusable modules now.
Course plans
Use a copy in a class’s weekly planner. Review dates there before making work available.
No course plans yet.
Add cases and instructions for this week. Save the course plan to keep all your changes together.

About lab types and the class display
A case lab is ungraded practice with a shared scenario. A linked assignment keeps its normal timer and attempt limits. Students appear after joining. The class display omits names, student-entered station labels, individual progress and private instructor controls.
Start a lab
Live board uses server time and refreshes automatically.
Create a supervised lab session to open the station board.
Session recaps
Session recaps
Attendance for ended sessions in the selected section: who joined, when, station, help requests, and review counts. Presence is not a grade.
Updates
Share reminders and announcements with your students.
Announcements
This section is selected. You can also send the announcement to other sections you teach. Expired notices leave the student view automatically.
No announcements.
Staff access
Invite a co-instructor, grader, or read-only observer with a one-time code. Access remains scoped to the selected sections.
No additional staff.
