The trainer changes often. This page keeps the useful parts easy to follow.

Latest release
Improved
Machine Room now sits with the other training modes
The Machine Room has moved from the “Learn and explore” row up to the main mode list, next to 2D / 2D, CBCT / MR and Full Treatment. Opening it now works like the other modes: choose a patient first — all 17 scanned setups, grouped and searchable by region, support and setup — and the room opens with that patient already on the couch. You can still change patients at any time from the pendant. Nothing about the room itself has changed: it remains an ungraded sandbox with no timer, no match to complete, and nothing recorded to your progress.
Start screen
Improved
A quieter contour workspace
CBCT contour controls are now more compact, keeping attention on the anatomy, structure names, colors, and visibility controls while matching.
Workflow + anatomy
New
A clearer way into every workflow
The trainer start screen and case pickers were reorganized so practice modes, learning tools, and case libraries are easier to understand before opening a case.
Improved
Clinical-style match reports
Post-match feedback now reads like a structured match report, separating the tolerance, remaining translational and rotational error, result, and next practice step.
Improved
Pelvic anatomy that responds to filling
Bladder and rectal filling now deform the surrounding moving anatomy in supported Gynae teaching cases while the planning reference stays fixed. Derived margins and deformations remain clearly identified as synthetic teaching geometry.
New
More planning context in CBCT cases
New source-preserving teaching contours add planning context around the esophagus and filling-responsive Gynae targets. Source anatomy is retained; the added margins are synthetic and non-clinical. Review the imaging sources.
Improved
Clearer off-bone teaching
Head & Neck 2D bone detail is sharper, and adrenal target contours are easier to read when the correct soft-tissue match differs from the nearby spine.
Access + reliability
New
CSI Full Treatment for signed-in learners
The three-isocenter craniospinal workflow is now available with a free account, including its worksheet, complementary treatment arcs, couch setup, and linked imaging steps.
Fixed
More reliable protected-case loading
Signed-in case files now recover correctly through the protected asset service, resolving a loading failure that could affect multiple trainer datasets.
Public beta
Improved
The public beta is free with an account
A free account now opens the public beta case library and saves progress. No card is required, and supporting the project is optional.
Treatment workflow
Improved
More realistic CSI treatment delivery
The CSI plan now uses paired full treatment arcs that cover complementary sides of each isocenter, with calculated couch setup carried through the workflow.
Console navigation
New
Quick imaging switch in Full Treatment
A persistent console control now makes it faster to move between treatment delivery and the appropriate imaging workspace during a simulated fraction.
Challenges
Improved
One ranked challenge leaderboard
Ranked challenge results across difficulty levels now appear together, making the overall standings easier to follow while keeping challenge eligibility rules consistent.
